1. Q: Do you have a retail store?
A: No, we sell online and on Takealot only but watch this space!
2. Q: Who will ship my purchase?
A: We make use of The Courier Guy. After you have placed your order we will send you the tracking number. All purchases are shipped door-to-door. You can also choose to collect your order from our studio in Silvamonte, Johannesburg. This option is free of charge.
3. Q: Can I return a purchase?
A: If you wish to return or exchange a product, you are welcome to.
Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your original purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do charge a R 50 handling fee on all returns and exchanges.
Non-returnable items are Gift cards, sale items and earrings.
4.Q: Where do you ship from?
A: We ship from our offices in Johannesburg, South Africa. Delivery time within South Africa is 1-2 days and 5-10 days for international shipments.
